VP Development
– Kenneth Abramson brings to US Land a diverse background in land development, consulting and construction management. As a Land Development Project Manager with Centex Homes, Mr. Abramson led the feasibility and permitting of more than 2,000 residential lots concurrently across multiple municipalities. Prior to Centex, he gained valuable experience as a civil engineer, surveyor and construction materials inspector and consulted on major transportation projects in Dulles, Virginia, and Charlotte.
He is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and a Professional Engineer in North Carolina, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Education
Mr. Abramson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from State University of New York at Utica, as well as Associate of Applied Science degrees in Civil Engineering Technology and Surveying Technology from Mohawk Valley Community College.
