Broker – Jerry Perillo has proven success in profit center management and comprehensive experience in the building/real estate industries. He has had an emphasis in division start-ups, turnaround situations and driving growth in units and profits. Formerly President of KB Home in Charlotte, he developed and implemented a business plan to reposition the Colony Homes acquisition in the Charlotte market, producing record growth. Before that, he was the Division President of Centex Homes, Nashville, where he created and executed a business plan to reposition the division and expand in the marketplace. Prior to that, he was Division Manager with Crossmann Communities in Nashville and Raleigh. He was also an Account Manager with Builder Services Inc., a division of Allen Tate Company in Charlotte.

Perillo’s areas of expertise include business plan development, land acquisition and negotiations, marketing analysis with an emphasis on sales absorptions, profitability strategies, and personnel assessment and development.
