Treasurer & COO – As Chief Operating Officer for US Land Investment, LLC, Gordon Lewchuk uses his extensive real estate background to conceptualize and execute the company’s real estate investment strategies. Mr. Lewchuk has been involved in real estate syndication, financing, development and taxation for the past 25 years. He has advised individuals and companies involved in developing commercial and residential properties, while also providing them with tax and financial analysis relating to those developments. He has also structured real estate investment opportunities with corporations, limited partnerships, syndications, and more recently with limited liability companies.
He graduated with honors from the University of Windsor, with a degree in political science and obtained a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. He emigrated from Canada to the United States in 1992 and settled in Charlotte
