US Land Investments was created in 1993 by President & CEO Stephen Rosenburgh. Rosenburgh, whose projects have included residential, industrial and commercial developments from Charleston, SC to Vail, CO, has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of more than $300 million in real estate assets, with responsibilities from residential housing design, land acquisition, marketing & sales to purchasing, construction and administration.
US Land partner and COO Gordon Lewchuk conceptualizes and executes the company’s real estate investment strategies. Lewchuk has been involved in real estate syndication, financing, development and taxation for more than 25 years. He has advised individuals and companies in developing property, providing tax and financial analyses as well, and has structured real estate investments with corporations, limited partnerships, syndications and limited liability companies.
Together, Rosenburgh and Lewchuk provide the dedicated leadership and expertise that guide US Land’s mission: To identify, analyze and develop opportunities into profitable real estate investments – delivering significant value to investors, business partners, landowners and communities.
Management Team
Our managing partners are qualified in all aspects of real estate, including acquisition, development, law, accounting, construction, sales and leasing, for residential, commercial and industrial projects. A significant percentage of their income is directly tied to the results of the projects for which they are responsible.
