- Description
The Greens at Birkdale was the first neo-traditional mixed-use development approved in the Charlotte area. The project was a joint venture with Forest City Developments to acquire land and develop it into single-family, multi-family, commercial and office sites. The Greens at Birkdale was sold out within 24 months of final approval and achieved a gross build-out of over $150 million.
